Fleet Services Workshop, Ndabeni, Cape Town, South Africa

The City of Cape Town's Fleet Management Services Department embarked on a programme of refurbishing and upgrading their existing workshops. The Ndabeni workshop was the pilot project where the proposed solutions would be tested before being rolled out to the other workshops.

The work involved:

- The replacement of roof coverings

- Upgrading of office spaces, ablution and staff facilities

- Upgrading of HVAC and other services.
