This modern two-story home blends curvilinear shapes with minimalist geometry, focusing on clean lines and a monochrome scheme. The street view features a striking upper-level concave facade, adding movement against the right's rectilinear volume with its expansive floor-to-ceiling window.

The crisp white walls serve as a striking contrast to the black-framed windows and wooden details. The large glass sections blur the line between inside and outside, while the glass balustrade on the upstairs terrace adds to this sense of openness.

The private zones include a sunken courtyard, offering a secluded retreat centered around the pool. From this courtyard, the view makes it easy to distinguish the social spaces below, marked by solid white masonry, from the lighter and more detailed upper floor.

The upper floor uses timber-slat screens in a dark metallic frame, bringing warmth and vertical rhythm to the otherwise horizontal white planes. A sculptural spiral staircase breaks up the design's orthogonality and echoes street-side curves. Built-in planters with low-profile shrubs soften the hardscape, directly integrating greenery into the building for an elegant look based on Modernist principles of functionalism, open space, and neutral colors.
